Wellness Program

Employees and spouses who participate in the Wellness Program must receive their annual preventive physical and routine bloodwork to be eligible for savings. Medical and prescription drug plan designs are the same, whether you participate in the Wellness Program or not.  Preventive care is covered 100% under the medical plan!

 

In order to be eligible for Wellness savings in 2026, you and your spouse (if applicable) must complete both your annual preventive physical and routine bloodwork in 2025. You will provide proof to HR.

When you visit your primary care doctor for your preventive physical, ask your doctor to order routine bloodwork. You may be able to get it done in the office! If not, you can locate an in-network provider closest to you by visiting www.aetna.com. Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp are two in-network facilities. You can receive your annual preventive physical at an urgent care facility. Not all urgent care facilities provide preventive physicals, so make sure to call ahead and ask!

New hires who start employment in 2025 may be eligible for the wellness savings if they complete their bloodwork and annual preventative physical within 60 days.
